Yeah for real I have a Samsung galaxy J1 it's worked perfectly until I reset my phone now it asks for a Samsung account and I put in my password and processing failed I just want my phone back is there a way I can send it in to get this issue fixed

galaxy 5. same problem. changed everything still no work.  i figure the phone is communicating with samsung otherwise i would get incorrect password error, and i dont so theres nothing wrong with the password samsung has some security measures hardwired in the phone that only the initial account information that was set up when phone was new is accepted.  i think.  i mean what else can it be?  you guys suck.

I'm the original owner of the s5. I am having the same issues. Did a factory reset, and every time I try to log in it says process failed.  I changed the password and waited for more than 24 hours.  Still process failed.  I am able to log into samsung and call/ find my phone but I can not sign into phone itself.
