It seems Samsung has NO solution for this. On the Web, there are many suggestions, but nothing works. But, after 24 hours or more (unpredictable), it is possible to login.

My suggestion is just wait...

SAMSUNG did NOT help in anyway. Customer service is a pure scam

i had the problem on my note 3 that came from some app that was draning my battery. I did a 3 bottom factory reset and got locked out of my samsung account with the same "processing failed" message, with all attempts failure, i ran across the one about odining to the kitkat. it worked it got me back into the account and the phone. Great Phone had it for more then a year, bought it used. bought a new phone but do a lot of tv repair and tech work. Yet the Note 3 is LOL the best variable remote control i can find so i had to have it working and i got rid of the battery drainer app. Hope i helped someone.
