This is a security feature you placed on the device, and isn't something that we can bypass. Only logging into your Samsung account will fix it. Again, try logging into the account via a computer. If it works, or even if it doesn't, change the password. Then just wait 24 hours and try logging into the phone with the new password.

Resetting the password on Samsung portal does not fix this "processing failed" error message. I knew the password I used was correct because I was able to access my samsung account through the portal page with the new password, but this same credential was not able to unlock the phone. The suggested wait for 24 hours did not resolve the issue either. Samsumg will ask you to send the phone to their helpdesk office with the invoice or evidence of purchase, and according to them, they will unlock it for a fee.
