Same as everyone here on my Galaxy S10e on T-Mobile. The firmware 407 internal error continuously.
Did the August 1st update. But still the same stupid garbage endlessly!!
Is Samsung really incapable of fixing these or do they just not care to?? -- This has been going on for weeks now and the latest update didn't fix it. Is this just happening to unlocked Galaxy phones or to carrier specific phones as well?
Almost seems like they're screwing these phones on purpose. How can they not fix it for everyone in WEEKS??????
SAMSUNG!!!! WHERE ARE YOU??
No. That's just a screw up waste of more time. Other people on these chats claim to have tried it.
Samsung really obliterated us on this and aren't giving us a solution. Basically just robbed our new phones straigt out of our hands and wrecked them. THANKS SAMSUNG!
Perhaps the time of Sam the Sung has ended and we must buy elsewhere.
YES, TRIED ALL THIS STUFF. Like many other users, none of this stuff works.
James are you with Samsung, this website or who do you work with, that you respond to people's technical posts on here??
SAMSUNG STILL NOT HELPING US AFTER DESTROYING OUR PHONES!!!
SAMSUNG??? -- I've used Galaxy's for over 10 years, and now I'm ready to destroy everything SAMSUNG FOREVER and get something else!!
SM-G970U1 is the Galaxy S10e that Samsung wrecked for me. This seems to be happening with unlocked phones. Maybe it's not in Samsung's interest to resolve this with non-carrier specific phones.
I don't know but SAMSUNG has DESTROYED us with their forced update, wrecking our equipment!!
