Hey everyone,
For some unknown reason my phone refuses to unlock, I tried restarting it, on the home screen it tells me to unlock before I can access the phone, which is fine, but then when I enter my pin (4 numbers) it blacks out half way through or when I press ok, it just blacks out again and then that's it. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to I dunno, without doing a factory reset, stop all of the stuff that may or may not be running in the background, do like a hard reset or something ? (I tried with the volume up/power to reset it, but it does the same thing)
Interestingly enough, I started up my web based whatsapp on my laptop and that's working fine
