Android 10 Registration

I see the option to register but when I click it it just sends me back to the homepage and nothing happens. How do I make sure I'm registered?

After registering, try manually checking for the update. It doesn't automatically download

Says no updates available. It has to be a bug because the open to register is still there after it send me back to the home screen, no matter how many times I try

Have you tried clearing the cache and data on the Samsung members app?
