I just got the Android 10 Update on my phone the other day. I have a Galaxy S10+ (AT&T). After the update I have tried changing the Accent Colors in the Developer Options menu but they wont change. Samsung Support has had me clear the cache partition and start the phone in safe mode, but nothing I have tried is working. I have tried every color and I have restarted my phone, but still nothing. I have changed the Headline/body font and the Icon Shapes and both of those are working, but nothing will work with the Accent Colors. I have tried my phone both in Dark Mode and not in Dark Mode and still wont work. Anyone have any ideas? The next thing Samsung Support said to try is a factory reset, but I dont want to do that.
I got in touch with Samsung Support through Twitter, and after linking this forum and another addressing this issue, one of the reps responded saying that they were able to replicate this issue one other Android 10 Samsung devices and are going to contact the development team to hopefully fix this issue in the next update.
Thank you for reaching out. I would also like to escalate this to our product specialist. Can you please provide me with your full model number, baseband version, service provider, and the Android version on your device?
I came here looking for a solution too but it looks like there isn't one yet.. I just received the android 10 update via OTA on Wednesday. None of the theming options work. If I change the icon shape and restart my phone it will change some of them but not all and none in the settings menu. The rest of the options, accent color and font never change. I have a Note 9 unlocked on Spectrum.
