THANKS!!  Turning on Airplane mode, and then connecting to my local WiFi, did the trick for me!  (I have a new S10e, on Verizon.  I called Bank Of America, and the tech support confirmed they were having a problem with new Samsung phones, on Verizon.  But they did not suggest the "fix" you proposed [airplane mode]).  Thanks for that help!!

Same issue with my S10e. A bit ridicoulous that BOA can't support one of the most popular phones in the market.

Bank of america issue is fixed . Please update Bank of America to version 8.1.20.
