THANKS!! Turning on Airplane mode, and then connecting to my local WiFi, did the trick for me! (I have a new S10e, on Verizon. I called Bank Of America, and the tech support confirmed they were having a problem with new Samsung phones, on Verizon. But they did not suggest the "fix" you proposed [airplane mode]). Thanks for that help!!
Are you using verizon? If so try airplane mode and log back in. I think it's a problem between network and the app.
