That's a message you should be reporting to BOA not Samsung. They are the ones who created it & maintain it.
This isn't a Samsung issue. They don't maintain and update the apps, you should be contacted BOA

For thos who dont know what to do since the BOA app is not yet updated. You can try below.
-connect to wifi
-log back in
-As per BOA tech support. It work for me and i'm using verizon network.

Uninstall and reinstall app. It should now be fixed.
Bank of america issue is fixed . Please update Bank of America to version 8.1.20.
