It shouldn't. But betas can be unstable and there is always a risk. If you have alot of important data or you need a phone to be reliable daily then I wouldn't beta test it.
Beta program are released so that people can to get early access to new features, give recommendation and suggestion, and provide feedback or report any bugs, so that software is ready to release officially to all devices. So beta may contain some bugs and some features might be missing but as from previous Samsung beta program, they were pretty Smooth and were not affecting much on daily uses, any issues and bugs were fixed pretty fast. But will have to see how this beta is going to be.
