I just bought a Galaxy S10+ and I'm trying to use Bixby Vision (latest version). However, the app crashes every time I choose to continue on the Terms of Service screen.

Give this a try: Force stop all the Bixby apps and clear the cache and data for all Bixby apps.
Have you tried clearing the cache to bixby vision? Also try clearing the system cache

I bought a brand new S10 unlocked and I'm having the exact same problem and clearing the cache has not fixed it. Bixby vision crashes on the Terms and Conditions page.
I am also having this issue, constant crash.
Is the software up to date for your Bixby Vision?
Yes, according to the Galaxy Store (version 220.127.116.11, 18.104.22.168 for the framework).
