Bixby home not working since I bough my phone

I got my s10 months ago I haven't been able to use bixby home at all, I bought it with my carrier, is call Movistar or telefónica they are from spain but I live in Panama.  

 

It keeps saying it couldn't connect please check your network connection and try again.
