I even factory reset it and still nothing, maybe just have to wait for update smh
I would recommend taking your device to your local UbreakIfix so they can get a hands-on look at your device and if necessary complete a software reflash.
@ZIGGDDY I know you have tried factory resetting, cache clearing, safe mode, etc. By chance have you attempted clearing the data for the camera app? It is in the same location as clearing the cache.

Thank you everyone that helped out bit I found the problem, just turned developer options off lol
