Thank you for reaching out. I would be happy to look into this further. Do you experience these symptoms if you test your device in safe mode? Have you tried clearing the cache and data for your stock camera app?

No, how do you clear the cache for the camera?

To clear the cache of the camera app go to Settings>Apps>Camera>Storage>Clear Cache
