The camera on the S10 line is definitely one of the best. I find it odd that the quality of your images is blurry. I assume you've made sure the lens is clean.
Can you please provide me with the following Information:
• Mobile carrier
• Current baseband version (can be found in: Settings>About phone>Software Information)

Settings>Applications>Camera>Storage>Clear cache and restart your device.
