Can't get battery usage notification to clear

No matter what i can't get my high battery notification to clear. See screenshot.

That is normal. You may want to put some applications to sleep that are running in your back ground draining your energy!

I put it to sleep, then removed it from the sleeping apps...

I put it to sleep, then removed it from the sleeping apps list. No issues since.
