Both myself and my wife got the S10+ in December of 2019. Worked great and really enjoyed it. ( we have great service at our home) In the past week at our home and surrounding area our connection has been awful. It will maintain service (verizion) for a while and just drop, later to come back, then drop. Can't make calls, text or data. We leave and go to the next town (different tower) they work flawless again . I have a S9 for work, it's unaffected at home, the kids iPhones are also unaffected
I have done resets and full factory reset. We had a update on March 17 which is around when we started noticing the problem.
