Cracked camera screens

I use an otterbox on my galaxy s10 plus and the camera screen broke but it looks like manufacturers defects anyone else having issues?

I have an S10e. This is my second device with cracked camera glass. First one happened 4 days after I got it. Finally requested a replacement and paid the $150 for a new one and it only lasted a few months. Very disappointed.
