Does the Galaxy S10e have the RSAP feature?

I am wondering if Samsung Galaxy S 10e has the rsap (remote sim access protocol )  by default. If not,, then which is the best app on the market place to activate rsap

I have an Audi which has the capability to have a data plan. Its only through AT&T. I subscribe to T-Mo For someone having AT&T as their phone plan, it would be an additional line, probably as low as $10 For those who do not have AT&T that would mean north of 30. 

For the phones with capability of rSAP, they can connect to car. Thus you utilize your phone data for the online features of car.

Its a question about specs of a phone. I thought manufacturer is the best place to check that out !

My carrier is T Mo. I called them. They transferred me to the Samsung Tech support. According to them, galaxy
S10e is not rSAP capable, but S10 is.
