I have a Samsung Galaxy s10 that has problems with Bluetooth. It will work for a bit then, on its own disable itself and the connection becomes grayed out. I can move the Bluetooth slider to On but it stays grayed out and unavailable. It will randomly turn on without notice only to shut down later on. I've cleared the system cache, app cache, and did two factory resets - one within Android and one within the Android system menu. I have power settings set to high performance and sleep disabled so I think this is a hardware problem. Has anyone come across this?
Have you tried resetting the network settings? Just a heads up, by resetting the network settings, it will remove all wi-fi and Bluetooth settings you currently have saved.
