Fingerprint disabled

Fingerprint isnt showing on my lock screen anymore, when i try to add new fingerprints the unlock fingerprint is greyed out and within lockscreen biometrics for fingerprints is also greyed out any fix?

Did you sync a work email perchance? Doing that can cause your work security policy to disable those features

Within  biometrics and security settings, my fingerprints option (to add fingerprints) is greyed out. I have never added fingerprints.  I'm using Samdung galaxy tab s6 (sm-t865).
