Seriously SAMSUNG, what's the problem with this error??
Are you gonna fix our phones that you wrecked with your last update and this error or you just gonna leave us all hanging with nothing??

Same "407 internal error" which Samsunge engineers are completely INCOMPETENT to fix our phones they destroyed with this firmware.
IS ANYONE AT SAMSUNG EVEN TRYING?? -- SAMSUNG STILL SABOTAGING OUR PHONES!!

If the issue continues this is likely a carrier specific issue with their firmware. Samsung looks to be encouraging folks to reach out to the carrier on this.

I am having the same issue and have tried all steps given by tech support except for master resetting my phone. I called UBreakIFix and they said the only known way to fix is by master resetting. I do not want to lose all of my stuff just to see if this would work. Has anyone tried it?
Had the same problem and here's the solution that seemed to work:
Go to 'Settings' > 'Software update' and hit 'UICC Unlock'
It loads for a moment, then says SIM Restricted... Hit 'OK'
It takes you back to the 'Settings' > 'Software update screen'. Hit 'Download and install'
It loads for a moment, then says Your software is up to date...
Then open that notification saying the profile didn't update.
It loads for a minute, then says Profile updated... Hit 'OK'
It loads again for another minute and says something similarly. Hit 'OK'
