G973U1UES4ETJ3 firmware update broke my phone

This firmware has version number PDA G973U1UES4ETJ3 and CSC G973U1OYM4ETJ3.

This update practically corrupted my phone. 

• Apps constantly crash
• Unable to run updates through the Google Play store
• Notifications no longer coming through
• Digital wellbeing stopped working
• Auto-DND no longer working
• Text messages coming through intermittently 

I basically have a $800 paper weight in my pocket.

me I go one you can have for free im sure you know how it works if you have already just come jere to get it from me really I have no use for it because it doesn't seem like it is going to work for the why it use to and I really don't need that one anymore but I'm sureb it will work for you

have to tried to reset the phone? and did you buy it new or used?

Bought it new. Working through the reset functions with Samsung Support. No solution yet so I'm just waiting until they tell me to factory reset my phone
