Its been over 2+ months since I contacted samsung customer service for my faulty Galaxy Buds. On July 4, 2019 ticket for open for replacement. However, as of today Sep 10, 2019 nothing is being done. I contact customer support countless times but promise were all empty. It will take another 5-6 days etc i keep getting the comments from customer service rep. They said they will escalate to case management. They escalated like 5 times so far. Nothing is being done. If samsung is reading this.. pl help me out.. if you guys can't replace with new, pl send my original ones. ticket number is 4150567219.
