Galaxy S10 fingerprint scanner not sensing finger

My Fingerprint scanner is not working properly last 3 days.

I tested from my phone through *#0*# there are giving me same Fail massage you can see on picture.

How can resolve this issue please help me.

By chance do you have a screen protector installed on the device?

I removed my screen protector and factory reset also done.

Like SJohnson said, check if your screen protector isn't the cause of the problem, also try to do a backup and hard reset the phone.

Actually I done already factory reset so,

Should I do hard reset?

 

And also I'm not using screen protector now

@QuraishAzmi Have you tried wiping the cache partition and removing and re-adding the fingerprints?

No sir I don't do wipe cache partition

Give these steps a try: 

  1. Turn off the device.
  2. Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Bixby key, then press and hold the Power key.
  3. When the Android logo displays, release all three keys.
  4. An 'Installing system update' message will show for 30 - 60 seconds before the Android system recovery menu options appear.
  5. Press the Volume down key several times to highlight wipe cache partition.
  6. Press Power key to select.
  7. Press the Volume down key to highlight yes, them and press the Power key to select.
  8. When the wipe cache partition is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
  9. Press the Power key to restart the device.
