Hi will there be a beta for the galaxy s10 plus would love to join in if possible

As far as I know they are no S10 Beta what type of beta are you looking for

Software beta for the next android

At the moment Samsung doesn't have a Beta for Android Q yet I would suggest checking back from time to time to see if they are one

@gooFWeaR  At the moment they are no official information on the release of a Android Q Beta that I know of information should start showing up in a month or two if they will be one so stay tuned for any future updated information
