Having issues with the Galaxy S10E

My $25 Walmart phone works better than the s10e.Im glad I didn't spend several hundred dollars on this price of phone.i won it in a contest..feel sorry for everybody that got ripped off..

it won't up date,on wifi.tried emergency mode and all other suggestions made.also tells me internal server failure,network failure,server failure.im at a loss.this is only technology i have.im old school,dont need all the bs im getting.maybe ill go back to reading books,never had a problem with them.lol

I have an s10e rn and haven't experienced problems so im assuming something wrong with that one specifically. at that point I'd just get a different phone or take it to a Samsung support center. lol wish you luck

I love my s10.. maybe you should go get one of those Walmart phones u mentioned..
