I need help. First of all, I'm from Malaysia. I bought a S10+ just 2 days ago. Seller said it's an imported phone from US and brand new. But when I did IMEI checker online, it's a used phone. So because the phone is from US, I've problems contacting customer service in US. I contacted Live Chat, nothing. I sent them a message on Facebook and still nothing. Seem like they're pushing me like a ball.
Now, all I need is a WRITTEN CONFIRMATION from Samsung about the status of my phone so I can file a report againt the online seller and get my money back. Shopee (online selling platform like Amazon) will take action against the seller if I've the proof. Please, anyone can help me with this matter?
