But if you read all the commnets, you would get to know that this clearly not an issue with carrier service.
Users already tested carrier service with various other hand sets and found that internet is working fine with good speed.
Please, don't you see that this is related to the device and also applies to wifi and not the carrier. Just got my s10, carrier said they couldn't help because it is a wifi issue. I get 100+ mbps with my iphone10 and 2mbs on the same network with my samsung s10.
It's not a carrier related issue there is something wrong with the phones I did everything I could troubleshooting wise and even factory reseted my phone twice got rid of all my cookies even ran it in safe mode for a while it's definitely the phone really getting sick of it things are taking so long to load up it's ridiculous when I first got this phone I have s10plus it was very quick and snappy now all the sudden in the past month or so I've noticed she's a huge difference in speed when I'm trying to use my data
Im new on this forum and joined specifically for this reason. I thought it was a service providor issue but i did multiple tests regarding my 4G network and it is significantly slower on my s10..
I have attached some images to show what i mean. I did both tests using the same sim card.
I have already spoken with carrier and confirmed my line to be normal.
I did the same test with my wife's s10 and same thing also. Only variable is mobile device. Let's see if they can release an update to fix this.
