My lower microphone failed and I fully explained that it needed to be replaced and I knew it required the motherboard replacement. Samsung said it would cost $117, so I sent it in for repair. Three weeks later I got an email that the price was $373, which I can buy a used phone for that price. I told them not to fix it and send it back unrepaired. Received the phone today and it is i some type of initial status, where the phone is booting to a screen that I have never seen. It appears to be some type of testing mode that I can't get out of. Not only did Samsung triple the repair price, but they have destroyed my phone. I was at least able to use it with headphones and as a speacker phone, now it is a brick. Never ever use Samsung repair.
