Good day , please im using a samsung galaxy s10 plus and over the past 3 weeks it has been coming up with the moisture detected error everytime.
I have tried all the possible solutions I saw online but it still didn't stop even formatted the phone.
Could this be an engine problem?
Samsung devices will not charge if moisture is present in the charging port when it is plugged in. This is a preventative measure added to avoid corrosion, and you will still be able to charge with a wireless charger on supported devices. A popup message will display in the event a charger is plugged in while moisture is present in the charging port. Give this link a try: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01001449/
If you continue to experience these symptoms after the troubleshooting steps provided I would recommend a service repair. Can you please provide me with the following information in a private message: http://bit.ly/2JH2rq2

That happened to me a few times I used some alcohol to clean out the charging port real good.
Then let it sit to make sure any excess alcohol evaporated. Then kept the phone off and plugged it in
