My S10+

I got a new S10+ in late Jan , Fter up grading from my S9+. Starting in late Feb . I could no longer recieve calls but not all of them , I can get some but not all of them. I spent 2 days on phone with my carrier and their tech people to be told it was the phone. 3 weeks ago I got a replacement S10+ . Now my 2nd phone is doing the same thing . Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Hello!  I am sorry that you are experiencing some connectivity issues on your S10+.  I would like to go through a couple troubleshooting steps with you to see if I can assist you.   First question is what carrier are you using your device on?  Also did you purchase the Unlocked S10+ or the Verizon S10+?
