We purchased two Galaxy S10s through TMobile kiosk at Costco in Virginia. We've since moved to Florida and are trying to make a switch to AT&T for better coverage. The phones were purchased outright and we've had them for over a year. There is no reason we shouldn't be able to switch.
But....we cannot get the Network Unlock to work. Consistently get "Couldn't unlock you phone. The servier isn't responding. Try again later"
Have spent hours on the phone with various levels of TMobile. They have washed there hands of the issue. Samsung support tried to send us to UBreakIFix here in Orlando. They say they would just got to TMobile to try to do it.
Open to suggestions/recommendations.
