I have an AT&T S10 Plus. I cannot connect to mobile data. At first it was intermittent, but now it is permanent. I can connect to WiFi.
When I try to connect via mobile data only, I get no connection.
I have tried many recommended options:
- manipulating airplane mode
- turning on / off
- reseating SIM card
- resetting network connections
- soft reset
- factory reset
I read that many people had to have the motherboards replaced.
Others said it is a problem with the software.
I just want to fix it...

I have a S10e on Sprints network and for the last couple of weeks, I've only been able to connect to spotty 3G and have zero connection numerous times throughout the day... My husband is on same network and hasn't had any issues on his LG. We're located in an area with supposedly full service... this is starting to tick me off.
