Since the most recent update a few days ago most of my notifications have stopped... and that includes to my synced samsung watches.
I've been through the standard checks. They're all on... the battery is not running optimized, do not disturb is not on, etc. They're just not showing... text messages, eBay, calendar.... nothing is going through.
Or are you referring to the latest security update?
Also ... are you not getting sounds/vibrate and no visual cues.
Might want to clear the system cache. Power off Hold Volume Up and Bixby buttons Then push and hold Power (keep all three pressed) button When splash screen is displayed, release all three buttons. Use Volume Down button to highlight "Clear Cache" Press Power button Select Yes, then Power button again Then select Reboot phone... it'll power up as usual
The phone updated a few days ago. It was a full software update... I've noticed a few changes since then... IE the option to have number notifications on app icons... Which I allowed. The standard notifications have stopped since then. I'm talking about on the bar across the top of the screen, on the off screen, and on my watch.
incidentally, there was a notification for this app when you replied. Just had an offer on eBay. No notifications. Three text messages. No notifications.
I turned off the badge bubble notifications, which after adding that is when this all started. Brought my text message and calendar notifications back, but I'm still not getting anything from ebay...
I'm going to uninstall and reinstall that app and see if that helps.
After turning off the bubble numbers on the app badges most of my notifications return with the exception of eBay. I Uninstaller and reinstalled eBay and now notifications fir it are also working.
