No Verizon beta or ATT.  Last week beta came out for T-Mobile/Sprint devices and also for unlocked S10 models.  Unlikely Verizon/ATT will participate in beta.

The official release is around end of year or Q1 2020

I believe beta is only out for Sprint, T-Mobile, and unlocked phones.
