I have a new phone that's less than 1 month old. On two separate occassions, my phone has gone mute during outgoing calls. The other party can still hear me, but I can't hear anything. It sounds like the mute button has been activated on my phone, but it has NOT been pressed.
I read that this was a common issue on older Samsung phones, but does anyone know why this happens? I don't have any apps on my phone, other than Instagram. Please help.

Has your problem been solved, it has been happening to mine as well. And its new. it's the Samsung S10e. I bought it in July 2019. I have tried rebooting, and I always update software hoping it will solve the problem

Pressing Mute on your phone blocks the other party from hearing you. It does not block incoming audio.
Something else is happening on your phone.
