How do I send a private message. I have not used my phone for a while and when turning it on I am having big issues with it.
Find my phone - showing offline but I can see messages and emails pinging through on the screen
Phone locked - No password I could possibly think of has worked and waiting for it to load up is so frastrating
Top tips for reset won't work because it just puts the screen to sleep or turns it off to turn it back on to the same lock screen.
Please help!

My wife's S10 locked her out her mobile after a software update. It asking for a password she never created, any simple way to be able to fix this issue?

I have the same problem. Can't use my correct password, or find my device. Don't want to factory reset. How did you fix it?

Can you please help me? My wife's updated software and now it's asking her for a password she does not have.

@SamsungNik Is there something actually happening? It's been a week and I'm still getting stiff armed by Samsung every time I contact customer support

Unfortunately there are only a series of 4 current fixes available. The first being trial and error with previous Passwords or PINs. The second being an attempt at using findmymobile.samsung.com if the remote access was enabled before this happened. The third being the factory reset. And the fourth being a service repair in which the phone would be wiped anyways. At this time these are the only available fixes, but the issue is still escalated with our specialists. We will post once we hear from them, but until then these are the only options we can offer.
