Phone will only charge with certain chargers now

Before the nov update (on the 15th or so) I had 3 different chargers. I was charging my s10+ and got a forced update midcharge and suddenly my phone wont charge with the charger anymore. It didn't charge with ANY of my chargers anymore. I had to buy a completely new charger and even then it wont do fast charging anymore... very disappointing. My hubby's note10 is also having the same issue past the nov update.

its not the charger its usually the box that came with the phone or a Samsung fast charger just us that box thats what I do and all charger cables fast charge unless I us a different box

@usera7bOyphuPu Have you tried wiping the device cache partition? This will often clear weird things that crop up after a system update.

To do that on a S10+:

1. Turn off the device.
2. Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Bixby key, then press and hold the Power key.
3. When the Android logo displays, release all three keys.
4. An 'Installing system update' message will show for 30 - 60 seconds before the Android system recovery menu options appear.
5. Press the Volume down key several times to highlight wipe cache partition.
6. Press Power key to select.
7. Press the Volume down key to highlight yes, them and press the Power key to select.
8. When the wipe cache partition is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
9. Press the Power key to restart the device.

To do this on a Note 10:

1. Turn off the device.
2. Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Bixby / Power key.
3. When the Android logo displays, release both keys.

5. Press the Volume down key several times to highlight wipe cache partition.
6. Press Bixby / Power key to select.
