Terrible wifi range on my s10. Have to basically sit on top of a router to get a signal. useless out of the house. Tried all suggestions, factory reset, network settings, any other suggestions ? my wife bought an s10 at the same time and has no problems with hers as we have compared connections at the same time. Thanks for any suggestions. Phone is 3 mongths old.
There could be something wrong with the WI-FI antenna or the software on your device (even if you did a factory reset from your phone), back up your data and bring it into an authorized repair center (UbreakIfix, bestbuy) or call 1 800-Samsung for further diagnostic. They might suggest a home update or a factory reset with the latest software. Worse case scenario, they might suggest replacing your main board so please back up your data.
Sorry that you have to go through that issue, you already did all the troubleshooting that need to be done, call 1800 Samsung see if you can mail the phone in or they will direct you to any Samsung location is still open right now, they will diagnostic the phone and see if any repair need to be done on it
