Mine did too, but it's nowhere on the invoice or order email. Reason I ask is because the same nonsense happened when I preordered the Galaxy Watch: They claimed I never selected the free leather band promotion.

Samsung Customer care so atrociuos. I preordered the Phone yesterday and cancelled it today; as my preorder reserve coupon wasn't applied to the checkout. Samsung Rep saaid it was appllied but had no indication of that in the invoice.

Yes, I did. I pre-order the Galaxy S10+ and had the option to receive the Galaxy Buds for free; of course, I did. Here is the screenshot of my order.

The phone shipped on 3rd but there is no update on the watch. (Yaa it says will ship by 8th)
Was hoping that I will get it with the phone but it doesn't seem to be happening.
The best part is the phone, buds, and sim are shipped separately with different tracking numbers...
