Sprints no help on the issue. I did the update, nothing on my end is working still. Told sprint I want a different type of phone, the said no. So frustrated about this issue. Pay all this money for no service. While I have a top line phone. I watch people with regular ones that work. Uhg.
Are you going to a corporate store or a franchise? I'm with Sprint & not experiencing these issues however, I've found that if I go to a corporate store, I receive better support service.
I am having similar issues as mentioned on the thread.
I worked with customer service over the phone last week. Went to a corporate store today and was turned away, saying there was nothing to be done, just call customer service.
Called customer service said take it to a store for a swap or to get a new device even though I am over the 14 day grace period.
Went to another corporate store, was told the same as the first store and nothing was done for me!
Customer service has called me to work it out, so we will see!
