I'm in Dallas and the Sprint update yesterday did not fix the issue for me either.
I'm back to disabling bands to get my phone to work 'normal'.
Have you tried that work-around? (Works for the Dallas-area.)
Sprints no help on the issue. I did the update, nothing on my end is working still. Told sprint I want a different type of phone, the said no. So frustrated about this issue. Pay all this money for no service. While I have a top line phone. I watch people with regular ones that work. Uhg.
Are you going to a corporate store or a franchise? I'm with Sprint & not experiencing these issues however, I've found that if I go to a corporate store, I receive better support service.
