Let me start by saying I've escalated 3 tiers of tech support through sprint directly before I landed here.
I have a s10+ and my wife has a s10. Our mobile data connection where we live isn't the best and rely heavily on wifi.
WiFi calling is somehow conflicting with sprints network. I drop calls anytime I use it as well as get a location timeout message from the wifi calling app.
I also cannot send mms via wifi, only data which worked on my note 8 and s9.
Calls drop often whether on wifi calling or mobile network. Sprint believes this to be a device issue. My daughter's LG tribute (free phone) can send mms via wifi and has zero issue with wifi calling. Multiple people on sprint community also experiencing same issues.
I have updated prl as well as profile and refreshed network settings on my side as well on carrier. I'm seeing multiple reports of other s10s having similar problems.
Just bought 2 phones that pick and chose when they want to work for a whole lot of money.

I was with Sprint on iPhone before I moved to tmobile with Samsung s10
One of the biggest problem I faced with Sprint was, I was never ever able to use data when on call, meaning if I am on call I cant use Google maps to search a place or do any other browser related activities
It wasn't a phone problem it was a problem with Sprint
This is irrelevant now as sprint has deployed VoLTE and it works on the s10.
The problem is band switching Some like myself get great LTE then two seconds later it drops to nothing while displaying full service.
This issue has just started with my Spirit locked S8 after Pie upgrade. Never had any problems with using data during a call or access data outside of wifi range or even seeing all bands of wifi signals available
This is my issue too. Last Tuesday I downloaded the software update for my S8 to whatever Samsung pushed out that day and ever since then I've had no wireless data connection. I get 3G to come and go, but most of the time no connection at all and never LTE. I spent 2 days working with Sprint customer service and after nothing worked they had me replace the Sim card and that didn't work either. It's clearly the software update that caused this, especially after reading all of the other posts, so I can't believe they aren't doing anything to fix this! If I end up having to buy a new phone it will definitely not be a Samsung!!
I have the same issue when I hold my S10e by the lower right side. I just created a post about it. I didn't see this post. I think it's gonna be another antenna gate. Crazy. I can watch my dBm's tank and all I have to do to get my signal back is move my hand away from the right side.
Spoke to a Sprint tier 3 specialist last night about this issue. They claim to be working closely with Samsung to issue another update in the next couple of days.
We also did the update dance but didn't do the turning off of certain bands etc. I also told them that the last update borked the phone side and now in areas where I had great phone service the phone is dropping signal and thus the call and immediately getting back full strength.
