Re: Mobile data and wifi issues - All Carriers

Hi all. I just got the Galaxy S10, I'm home connected to my wifi and I connect the phone to Spectrum Wireless. I do a couple things on the phone, get to the mobile data section and realize I had used 1mb  of mobile data - in an hour while connected to wifi with data saver turned on. I'd rather not turn mobile data off altogether because I'd like to use it if wifi isn't available. Has this happened to anyone? Any suggestions?

Hi @TaraLee725 

 

Go to your Wi-Fi Settings and then Advanced and see if the "Switch to mobile data" option is enabled.

Thank you but I did and it isn't on. Not only that, I was sitting 5 feet away from my router so there would be no reason for the mobile data to be turned on. I'm stumped.
