I'm on tmobile and I just had my s10+ replaced. My s10+ would drop signal and I couldn't receive or make calls. My data was affected to where I can't access internet nor send and receive text messages. The odd thing is that it just started happening over the weekend (3/22-3/26). And I had the phone for about only 20 days.
Mine started yesterday. My wifi of 866mbps that I usually use to game started giving me an error message that I'm not connected to a wifi when I'm trying to open the game. I thought It was my wifi so I reseted it multiple times and factory reseted it. Still the error message of I'm not connected to a wifi network poped up when I'm opening the game. I then went to school and connected on the fast school wifi and the error message still happened. Now I'm convinced that it's the phone and not the wifi network.
Same issue here - S10+ on Sprint.
Kept alternating between No Service, Roaming and LTE with no reliable connection. Started on Mar 22 for me.
Best Buy ended up swapping it as they couldn't fix the problem..
@samsung What is going on?? OTA update didn't solve the issue, we would like to use our phones!
