I'm in Dallas and the Sprint update yesterday did not fix the issue for me either.

I'm back to disabling bands to get my phone to work 'normal'.

Have you tried that work-around? (Works for the Dallas-area.)

Same with T-Mobile. It's the phone.

Sprints no help on the issue. I did the update, nothing on my end is working still. Told sprint I want a different type of phone, the said no. So frustrated about this issue. Pay all this money for no service. While I have a top line phone. I watch people with regular ones that work. Uhg.

S10+ unlocked version on Sprint do not have issues so i guess the problem is Sprint version.

I would agree. Although Sprint is my service provider, I have an unlocked S10plus and don't have the issues other Sprint customers seem to be having.

I also purchased an unlocked Samsung S10+ pre order directly from Samsung that I am using with Sprint. Still having issues in Texas

Wifi problem on mine. And mine is unlocked. It's like most of the s10 made are faulty

@Vido  wifi problem is subjective that can be your router issues..

Are you going to a corporate store or a franchise? I'm with Sprint & not experiencing these issues however, I've found that if I go to a corporate store, I receive better support service.
