The pop-up returned again after clearing the cache.
This all started after the last OTA update.
I believe something in the update is causing a problem in communicating with a variety of downloaded apps, as the error didn't occur in Safe Mode.
Could you go to Settings > Biometrics and security > Find My Mobile and disable the Google Location Service restart your phone and enable it again?
I have a possible solution at least for Galaxy s8's... I wiped my cache partition on my Galaxy s8 and then I went to the majority of all my apps and cleaned the cache then I restarted my phone and that error has not popped up anymore.
