Hi, I want to know where my phone is and when I will recieve it back.
I was told before I booked the repair that it would take 48hrs and it has been a week now.
I recieved an Email saying the repair centre recieved the phone which also had a link to the repair portal and a tracking number. When I enter the details, all I get is "No Data Found".
I have called the Customer service Team and sent a dozen Emails back and fourth and so far not one person can tell me where my phone is and when I will get it back, meanwhile you have debited my account of $340.00.
Its very simple:
I want to know where my phone is and when I will get it back
Send the handset back to me and refund my money.

Just to update everybody, Samsung have contacted me and told me that the Phone was lost in transit and are so far refusing to replace it with an equivalent refurbished handset or even refund my $340 service fee unless I provide a proof of purchase.
You heard it righ t folks, I now have NO PHONE and THEY ARENT REPLACING IT OR EVEN REFUNDING ME!
