@user3X7LlALf47  Did you have a software update to your device in the last week?

 

Have you tried the troubleshooting steps listed above?

-If not I would recommend trying the troubleshooting steps above.

 

Have you tried force stopping and clearing the cache and data for your messages app?

- Go to settings > apps > tap on Messages > tap on force stop > then tap on storage and clear the cache and data.

 

Check with the people who you are experiencing these symptoms with had an update to their device recently.

Same exact issue. Apple users seem to have issues recognizing my group texts more than Samsung. Of course Apple owns a large % of the US market so I look like I am using an inferior product. Please fix.

Group texts need to work for any other type of phone. This is a Samsung problem that needs to be fixed.

my sansung galaxy s!0 just updated yesterday and I am having the same problems. I receive group texts but everyone receives by response individually. This was not happening prior to yesterday's update. I am using the native messaging app and have cleared my cache.

I'm having the same problem since upgrading to a S10.  So far I've

 

  • Restarted Phone
  • Cleared Messaging cache
  • Cleared System Cache
  • Factory Reset phone

None have helped.  AT&T tells me to contact Samsung and Samsung chat support suggest I bring it into a Samsung store for repair. 

 

I do not believe its a "settings" issue because it doesn't happen all the time.

 

Suggestions?????
